After we meet on site, we go to the digital whiteboard and design it together. It sets the right expectation of what your backyard will look like after construction, before a single shovel hits the ground.

Are the consultation and 3D design really free?
Yes. We meet you at your home, walk the yard and talk through your budget and wish list, then create a 3D design scaled to your house and property. There’s no charge and no obligation.
How does the 6-week build guarantee work?
We guarantee to build your pool within 6 weeks. If we don’t, we provide 6 months of pool maintenance and a credit toward completing your backyard project. Some stipulations apply, like weather, scope of work, inspections and permits.
How much does a custom gunite pool cost?
Our Entry Level package starts at $72,000 for a smaller gunite pool. Premier Swim packages start at $100,000 and can range to $200,000 or more, and Luxury Backyard Makeovers with high-end finishes and fire and water features start at $250,000. These are starting points, not quotes: your 3D design comes with real pricing.
How much do I pay up front?
Just 10%, which secures the permits for your project. No other money is due until construction begins.
Do you offer pool financing?
Yes. We work with Lyon Financial, Viking Capital and Acorn Finance (up to $100,000), and you can apply with any of them from the financing section above. Approval is between you and the lender, so we can’t guarantee financing, but we’ll point you to the right fit.
What maintenance is included?
Every custom gunite pool comes with its first 60 days of free brushing, balancing, chemicals and start-up. Sign up by December 31 and that becomes 3 full months. Another 30 days is available with an annual membership to our pool maintenance program.
What’s included in the fall sign-up offer?
Sign up for your new pool by December 31, 2026 and you get 3 months of free pool maintenance, a free robotic pool cleaner, and a $1,500 allowance toward upgrades like lighting, water features or finishes. That’s on top of your free 3D design and our 6-week build guarantee.

How do I choose the right pool builder?
Start with reviews, and ask for references you can actually talk to and projects you can go see nearby. Look for a builder that offers financing, since lenders vet the builders they work with. Choose a pool builder, not a landscaper or fence company that does pools, so one team owns the whole job. And steer clear of anyone asking for a big deposit up front: we ask for 10%, and nothing more until construction begins.
